
Cathy Resler is Senior Vice President and lead of H+K’s citizenship + sustainability consultancy practice, Better ImpactTM for the U.S. market.
Throughout her career, Cathy has built and improved upon the sustainability programs and footprints of many clients and organizations, established CSR and diversity and inclusion programs, aided in product development, helped address waste management, and communicate best sustainable practices and climate commitments across a multitude of sectors.
Cathy was previously Vice President of Purpose, Strategy, and Sustainability at Porter Novelli, where she directed sustainability communications and messaging. She brings extensive experience as a sustainability, environmental, and social responsibility leader, improving the footprint across a range of sectors including retail, healthcare, food and beverage, and agricultural industries. Prior to Porter Novelli, Cathy was Head of Global Sustainability and Social Impact at Ocean Spray Cranberries. In this role, she engaged over 700 farmers on sustainability best practices and co-designed the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives (NCFC) to help over 2,000 of America’s farm cooperatives develop sustainability programs across the U.S.
Cathy received her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from The George Washington University and her Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
