Bridgette O'Neal

As the new head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for H+K U.S., Bridgette brings more than 25 years of experience in brand advertising, multicultural marketing, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining H+K as the firm’s U.S. diversity leader, Bridgette served in key leadership roles at Interpublic Group (IPG). During her tenure at IPG, Bridgette designed programs and initiatives and led the strategic implementation of the award-winning Business Resource Groups (BRGs), including the Asian Heritage Group, Black Employee Network, IPGLBT, SOMOS, and the Women’s Leadership Network. 

Previous, Bridgette led integrated marketing programs for Ebony and Jet magazines as head of marketing media at Johnson Publishing Company, and served in key marketing leadership roles at Time, Inc., and Marriott International.
